The National Peace Academy is co-sponsoring the Peace and War Summit being organized by the Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence at Case Western Reserve University. At this week-long conference, which will take place October 25-30, 2010, the National Peace Academy is facilitating private post-panel forums for the presenters, so they can better explore the connections in their work.

The Peace and War Summit is composed of keynote speakers, panel discussions, paper presentations, and audience interaction as well as some highly innovative, non-traditional elements, including a play, a concert, an art installation, and a poetry project. It will showcase a unique blend of perspectives, with representatives from 15-20 nations and diverse perspectives from academic, military, and peace disciplines. Summit participants will include distinguished scholars, veterans and serving military, medical and mental health professionals, policymakers, elders, community and business leaders, educators, and students.
